Had some rough time mentally and physically for the last couple weeks…Having trouble to motivate myself to keep everything going…
While I was struggling to get up and to do any chores, an Instagram post caught my eye (yea, those days… But social media has its upside when you use it wisely:-))
So here it is because I was really motivated by the simple but knock on my head quote from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
If you cannot fly then run,
If you cannot run then walk,
If you cannot walk then crawl.
But whatever you do,
You have to keep moving FORWARD!
