Dementia and Alzheimer

When we start to age, we start to worry about those two commonly mentioned diseases/syndrome: Dementia and Alzheimer. What are they and how do we prevent/stop from happening on ourselves?

According to WebMD:

Dementia is a general term for symptoms of mental decline that interfere with a person’s daily life. It is not a normal part of aging. The symptoms can include problems with memory, communication, and thinking. There are many different types of dementia,  Alzheimer’s disease is the most common type of dementia. Symptoms of Alzheimer’s begin slowly and get worse over time.

We might not be able to avoid the facts that the age and genetic reasons, but by changing your lifestyle, exercising your brain and body,  you might be able to prevent the diseases and enjoy your fabulous life in the second half-century!
